We have a variety of quality well-seasoned cooking wood. Apple, mesquite, pecan, and oak are amongst our most popular locally-sourced firewood used to give grilled and smoked food that unique savory flavor. Do you need something more exotic, give us a call because we probably can locate it.

We always carry standard sized rounds, but are happy to provide any custom sizes you may require. Do you have a special smoker or pizza oven? We can provide any custom split.

Your guests deserve the best and the perfect ambiance does make a difference. The picture-perfect crackling warm fire with a hint of sweet cedar aroma is possible with a custom mix of pine and juniper.
